Corporate Headshots

Sharp. Simple. Smart.
Clean, consistent portraits that reflect your team’s professionalism — perfect for LinkedIn, company websites, and media use.

Deliverables

The aim of this shoot was to provide clean, consistent corporate headshots that reflect each individual’s professionalism while aligning with the company’s brand image. The client needed images suitable for use across LinkedIn, internal directories, corporate websites, and media features. Our focus was on creating portraits that looked confident, approachable, and cohesive as a set.

Planning the session

Before every shoot, I take time to understand how the images will be used and the kind of tone the company wants to project — whether that’s formal, casual, or somewhere in between. On the shoot day, I set up everything needed on-site to make the process smooth and efficient. I work around team schedules to minimise disruption and create a relaxed, no-fuss environment where each person can feel comfortable. During the session, I would adjust the light direction to bring out authentic expressions and make sure everyone looks confident on camera.

Final delivery

After the shoot, I handle all retouching in-house — enhancing lighting, correcting tones, and ensuring a polished, consistent finish without over-editing. The final images are delivered in both high-resolution and web-friendly formats, ready for use across all platforms. The result is a strong, unified visual presence that helps teams put their best forward — professionally and confidently.

The outcome

The final portraits were exactly what the client needed — sharp, professional, and consistent across the board. Team members were pleased with how natural and confident they looked, and the company appreciated how well the images aligned with their brand. It’s always satisfying to see a project come together like this — where preparation, experience, and attention to detail result in images that people are proud to use. For me, that’s what makes this kind of work meaningful.
